Review method

How rental photo cleanup results should be reviewed

RentReadyPhotos treats AI output as a preview that requires comparison with the source image. A clean-looking result is not automatically accurate or appropriate for a rental listing.

1. Check whether the source is suitable

Start with an authorized, reasonably sharp, well-lit image. A new photograph is preferable when the source is outdated, blurry, severely obstructed, or no longer represents the property.

2. Separate temporary clutter from property facts

Temporary movable items may be candidates for cleanup. Layout, dimensions, fixtures, finishes, appliances, windows, views, damage, stains, safety equipment, and advertised amenities must remain accurate.

3. Compare every reconstructed area

Review edges, floors, walls, reflections, shadows, repeating patterns, cabinets, counters, furniture boundaries, and any area that was hidden behind a removed object.

4. Reject misleading changes

Reject an output that hides a defect, changes a permanent feature, invents an amenity, enlarges a room, alters a view, or represents a future repair as the current condition.

5. Keep the original and follow applicable rules

Retain the source image for comparison and approval. Follow the relevant listing platform, MLS, brokerage, owner agreement, privacy, and local disclosure requirements.

Evidence and future studies

We do not publish success rates or large-sample performance claims until the sample, review criteria, failures, and limitations can be documented. Individual examples demonstrate workflows, not a guarantee that every image will produce the same result.
