1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentReadyPhotos ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RentReadyPhotos provides AI-powered rental photo cleanup for reducing temporary clutter and personal items from rental listing photos while preserving the real property condition. Images are processed through our backend AI workflow and results are returned to your browser for review. Cleanup credits are required for AI processing.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• ✕Use the Service to create misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent visual content
• ✕Edit images you do not have the legal right to modify
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• ✕Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or excessively load the Service

4. Credits and Payments

Each new registered account receives 1 free cleanup credit once. The signup credit does not renew monthly. Additional cleanup credits are purchased as one-time packs and do not expire. Used credits are non-refundable. Unused credits from a purchased pack may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no cleanup jobs have been processed.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce specific editing results for any given image.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentReadyPhotos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or image corruption.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising RentReadyPhotos is the intellectual property of its creators and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Images you edit through the Service remain your property.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
